Return Period
For personal reasons (e.g., dislike, improper fit, multiple purchases, or incorrect orders) not related to product quality, buyers can return items within 7 days from the date of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return Instructions

Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered, including all packaging, tags, invoices, brochures, gifts, etc., so they can be resold. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Return Packaging Standards

Each product should be placed in a separate transparent bag (e.g., one pair of earrings should be packed in two separate bags).

Wrap all products in bubble wrap and place in a cardboard box. Fill any empty space to prevent items from shifting.

Protect against compression and water damage. Buyers are responsible for any damage or packaging issues during return shipping.
Shipping Fees
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Fees will be communicated after contacting customer service.
How to Return
Before returning an item, contact customer service with your order number, reason for return, and a clear photo of the product. You will receive a return authorization and detailed instructions for returning your item.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered. Buyers can place a new order and follow the return process for the original item. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received.
